This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) seeks to engage an experienced seller that has capability to develop and conduct a survey of users of the DTA’s ICT and digital sourcing arrangements and platforms. These arrangements include whole of government agreements, panels, marketplaces and the platforms for the buying and selling of digital goods and services.
The survey will be focused on the users of these arrangements to determine user satisfaction, opportunities for enhancements and service improvement, and performance indicators to assess that the arrangements are currently meeting user needs.
