Kingston City Council is proposing to the demolition of the existing pavilion and the construct of new single storey modular sports pavilion at Roy Dore Reserve (Long Beach Club).
The contract is to be delivered in accordance with the Specification, Drawings and Documents listed in the Schedule of Attachments. This specification is to be read in conjunction with the Schedule of Attachment documentation.
Tenderers are requested to submit their proposed structural design for the project. Surefoot micro piling - concrete free - footing system (or something similar) to be investigated as an optional item.
