Tender Description
The Principal is seeking to appoint a Contractor to supply and deliver street light luminaires and associated accessories using Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology.
The Principal is committed to a program of replacing all Mercury Vapour (MV), Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium and Compact Fluorescent street lighting with LED luminaires for all Principal owned assets. The Principal has produced a Street Lighting Policy (CP 2.4.25 available from: https://www.gosnells.wa.gov.au/About_us/Policies_and_local_laws/Policies/Roads_Drainage_Streetscapes_Crossings_and_Infrastructure), that aims to replace all MV luminaire fittings by the end of 2024.
The supply and delivery of LED luminaires and associated accessories is the only requirement of this contract. Installation will be completed by a separate contractor.
The proposed Contract will be for a three-year term. Two options to extend the Contract, of 12 months each, may be exercised at the Principal’s discretion after a successful performance review.
