Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractors for cleaning services to the following two sites, (a) Council Administration Centre, located at 119-145 Spence Street, Portsmith QLD 4870, and (b) Infrastructure Services Depot, located at 158A Martyn Street, Manunda QLD 4870. Council’s objective is to have these office and depot buildings and facilities in good order and condition, and to ensure they are clean at all times.
