Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender in May 2022 for the construction of a 3 storey, 12 apartment, class 2 development located at 293-295 Ballarat Road, Braybrook to provide social housing to the region. This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR) with a pre-qualification for work to the value of a min. $5,000,000. Contract Type: Lump Sum. Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of Local Jobs First requirements.
