Swan Hill Pioneer Settlement Activation

⁠⁠⁠This project aims to enhance the future visitor’s experiences by installing new visual / audio features throughout the Pioneer Settlement and providing the “Heartbeat of the Murray” laser show with an additional quality entertainment show, which maximises the entertainment potential of the existing on-site hardware.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Price - The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price.

Compliance of Specification (40%) - The Tenderer needs to respond and address all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document.

Track Record (30%) - The Tenderer needs to demonstrate if they have completed work for Council before.

The Tenderer needs to advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously.

The Tenderer needs to provide the details of the references from the previous projects.

Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - The Tenderer needs to provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily.

Social Economic Benefit (5%)

Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provide supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in the form of donation or free services etc.

Environmental Benefit (5%)

Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
