This is a notice for a potential upcoming procurement. The project scope may include construction of a new facilities, hardstands and building refurbishment works.
Potential tenderers are advised that the procurement strategy for EST0129PH3 Facilities to Support LAND129PH3 involves the engagement of a Head Contractor (HC) under the HC-1 2021 contract, via a single stage Request for Tender (RFT).
The release of this approach to market is subject to Departmental, Government and Parliamentary Approvals.
Contractors will be required to demonstrate their capacity to deliver medium scale construction works as part of their Tender. Further advice will be provided upon the release of the RFT; expected to occur in quarter 4, 2022.
Timeframe for Delivery:
Anticipated release to market 4th quarter 2022, with construction anticipated to occur from 1st Quarter 2023, to 3rd quarter 2025.
