Shepherds Lane SPS Design and Construction

⁠⁠⁠Spiire Australia in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

SHEPHERDS LANE SEWER PUMP STATION DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, including design and construction of the Sewer Pump Station, construction of approximately 60m of sewer reticulation, design and construction of sewer rising main, drainage, pavements and ancillary works on Shepherds Lane as part of Redstone Estate, Sunbury on behalf of Villawood Properties, within the City of Hume. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewers > DN280 or > 5m deep), Category SC3 (Pressure Sewer Systems), Category SC4 (Sewage Pumping Station (Prefabricated & Rising Mains), Category SC7 (Any Live Sewer Works).

If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
