The CapabilityOne is a portfolio information management system that is used to capture portfolio, program and project information throughout the life of a capability project, including planning, delivery, and sustainment through to disposal.
CapabilityOne (C1) is Defence’s portfolio management and decision support tool. It comprises an ecosystem of user interfaces, reporting and business intelligence tools that enable users to manage, view and interrogate data relating to programs, projects and domains and a range of other Defence capabilities.
CapabilityOne (C1 ) is developed using a range of tools in the Microsoft technology stack with Cognos Analytics providing the business intelligence and reporting platform.
The Investment Portfolio Management Branch is responsible for maintenance, support and business intelligence capability for the solution. As part of a program of work focussing business intelligence and data analysis, CapabilityOne (C1) requires Business Intelligence Analysts with experience in Microsoft Sql Server and Congnos Analytics.
