Rio Tinto requires the supply and installation of 14,000 keyless entry 'locks' on accommodation rooms across RTIO Pilbara sites over 2 years. This scope requests suppliers to please recommend an integrated lock system

 

This includes:

 

- The supply of lock widgets and related accessories (key cards, FOBs, mobile apps etc.)

 

- The installation of the lock widgets into the 14,000 rooms

 

- All locks will need to be centrally controlled for key issuance and remote open encase of emergency 

 

- System will need to integrate into a room management application

 

- The effective implementation of the locking technology ready to hand over for business use. I.e. where data integrations to booking allocation systems, training or set-up programming is required

 

- Maintenance for the lock widgets (yearly estimates, or as recommended by the vendor)

 

Suppliers are required to download and review any attaching documents prior to submitting their interest.

As this is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, the specifics of the package of work relating to breadth of scope, location and timing may be subject to change. If successful, the Supplier/s will be notified of any changes prior to award.
