Homes Victoria - Big Housing Build - Quantity Surveyor - Ballarat and Eaglehawk

⁠⁠⁠Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender or Request for Proposal in February 2022 to provide Quantity Surveying services for the following Director of Housing owned sites as part of the Big Housing Build:

Delacombe Estate, Ballarat

Virginia Hill Estate, Eaglehawk.

This will be a select tender process called from pre-qualified Consultants on the Construction Supplier Register.

Contract award is expected in Quarter 1 2022.

The Government’s Local Jobs First policy and Social Procurement Framework apply to this procurement. Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of Local Jobs First requirements. The Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG) and Apprenticeships Victoria requirements also apply to this procurement. These commitments will need to be included within the LIDP.
