Tender Description
The Anakie property is one of council’s community housing portfolio which provides housing to senior tenants within the Central Highlands under the Department of Housing Long-term community housing program.
The septic system is at end of life and requires a full replacement. With the new system installed this will give longevity to the facility and environment.
