Tender Description
The extent of work broadly comprises, but not limited to the following:
- Supply and installation of ADSU and CSSD Roofs as described in this specification, including:
- Full replacement and removal of existing equipment associated with ADSU and CSSD roofs
- Full installation of ADSU and CSSD Roof and associated roof parts
- Ancillary equipment replaced and retained to meet the requirements of this specification
- 12 months Defects Liability Comprehensive Maintenance
- Commissioning and compliance certification.
- Quality assurance procedures.
- Hazard and risk analysis and methods of risk control.
The following associated works are to be provided as part of the Contract Works.
- Hoisting and scaffolding required to install and dismantle equipment.
- Removal of redundant equipment and material from site as scrap.
- Correct identification, removal and disposal of any equipment or components that may contain asbestos or other hazardous substances, in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements and procedures.
