⁠⁠⁠Charles Darwin University (CDU) issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ), to obtain expressions of interest from suitability qualified organisations specialising in customer relationship management systems. CDU is embarking on a Student Digital Experience (SDX) transformation program of work, that will support the delivery of key strategic pillars across technology, process, and customer experience.
CDU's support partner will undertake a high-level business needs analysis, an audit of CDU's current Oracle Service Cloud instance, and a fit-for-purpose assessment. Alignment across tactical and strategic business requirements is essential, as well as integration suitability across existing and future technology investments.
