Technical Services for the Western Sydney Rapid Bus Project - Expression of Interest

⁠⁠⁠ Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) is currently seeking suitably experienced and qualified organisations to register their interests to participate in the shortlisting process for the provision of Technical Services for the Western Sydney Rapid Bus Project.

The objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to shortlist suitable technical service providers to submit a detailed proposal to complete technical investigations required for definition design of the bus depot at Western Parkland City (WPC) and two (2) layovers at Bradfield Terminus and Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) Terminus. There are four (4) categories of technical services required, including:

• Category 1 – Depot and layover definition design and professional management services
• Category 2 – Environmental and sustainability assessment
• Category 3 – Risk, cost and program
• Category 4 – Independent technical review

Proponents can participate in more than one category except for Category 4.

All Proponents must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.buy.nsw.gov.au
