Tender Description
Tonkin has been engaged by Wagga Wagga City Council (Council) to undertake the design of the General Waste Cell 3.1 (GWC) and Monocell M1.1 (MC) for the Gregadoo Waste Management Centre (the site).
Council required a Detailed Design to be developed to the satisfaction of the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA), which will require compliance with:
• NSW EPA (2016). Environmental Guidelines: Solid Waste Landfills, Second Edition, April 2016, Ref: EPA 2016/0259 (the Landfill Guideline)
• NSW EPA (2019). Environment Protection Licence Number 6671, Version date 29 October 2020 (the Site Licence)
