Tender Description
The Wakari School Board of Trustees are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the proposed LSPM alterations and Administration upgrades. The LSPM works are centered around the installation of a lift shaft, but also involve other works such as accessibility upgrades, corresponding alterations to internal building layouts and fire ratings. The Administration upgrades are primarily a reconfiguration and mondernisation of the space, with alterations to the accessible entry.
