Tender Description
Monash Health is seeking proposals from suppliers to provide 24x7 contact line that provides support to injured employees, by offering treatment advice. Additionally, the supplier providing this service will be reporting in a timely manner the incidents occurred to the injury management team and the supervisor of the employee.
The scope of the support services required includes:
- 24 hours per day during 7 days a week contact line that provides treatment advice to injured employees
- Referral to a medical appointment within the clinic network (if applicable);
- Instant notification to the manager and relevant contacts of the reported injury;
- Reporting of the injury/illness on a Riskman Incident Report;
- Reporting metrics and injury analysis trends
