Tender Description
The successful graphics/product designer will work in the Health Design Lab; a multidisciplinary human-centred design team that supports major partnership projects with business areas within the Department of Health. They will primarily be responsible for communicating key project findings, working with a small team of designers and policy experts to develop a departmental strategy that is fit for purpose and champions the needs of the end user.
Excellent communication skills (visual and written) will be essential. Experience working in Scrum teams and an ability to rapidly synthesise and communicate key information are also required. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a proven ability to draw together information from a variety of sources (e.g., data, interviews) and producing coherent and quality design products for a variety of audiences.
An understanding of the Australian health policy or service landscape would be an advantage.
