Development Victoria will seek Expressions of Interest (EOI) in February 2022 for a lead design consultant for the Ivanhoe Tank Site project. The project is a residential apartment development of up to 12 storeys, including basement carparking. The design is to be in accordance with the Banyule Planning Scheme (DPO7).

The design consultant will be responsible for engaging and managing the design team through to delivery. They will have demonstrated experience in sustainable design and affordable residential outcomes and be required to work closely with the broader consultant team.

Landscape architecture design will also form part of the scope.

EOI respondents will be shortlisted and invited to a select Request for Proposal (RFP).

The services will be delivered using a standard Development Victoria consultancy agreement.

The Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework will all apply to this procurement.
