Development Victoria will seek responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to appoint an experienced Urban Planner to provide expert planning advice for the redevelopment of a redundant water tank site in Ivanhoe.
The Ivanhoe Tank Site Project is a residential apartment development of up to 12 storeys, including basement carparking, with a focus on sustainable and affordable housing outcomes. The Banyule Planning Scheme (DPO7) applies to this project.
The RFP is anticipated to be available through the Buying for Victoria Supplier Portal in February 2022.
The Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework will apply to this procurement.
