SEQ Steel Bridge Refurbishment - Stage 1

⁠⁠⁠Queensland Rail has an upcoming requirement for the refurbishment of exiting girders, fabrication of new girders and walkways as well as span components at three (3) SEQ bridges to improve safety and reduce maintenance and renewal requirements over the life of the assets. The Services are to take place at the following Bridges:

• Price Street Bridge, Nambour
• Dunlop Terrace, Corinda
• Bulimba Creek, Runcorn

TENDER RELEASE

To allow for the Christmas Period, the RFT will be released Wednesday, 5 January 2022 and will aim to establish a Supply of Goods and Services Contract with a suitably capable and experienced Contractor for the Services ensuring high quality work, achieved deadlines and value for money. The RFT notification will be advertised via QTenders with responses to be submitted via Ariba Sourcing.

MANDATORY CRITERIA

All proposals will be assessed against the following mandatory criteria. Responses that do not meet the mandatory criteria may be eliminated from further consideration.

Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) Pre-qualification (MRTS78 Steel Fabrication Approved Suppliers)
Queensland Rail Contractor Safety and Environmental Pre-qualification - Category 2
