Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the agistment of Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB) land for the purpose of grazing livestock. The eight (8) parcels of land are located around the Lake Awoonga Catchment, in the Gladstone Regional Council Local Government Area.
The Request for Tender is structured int eight (8) sepsrable portions. Respondents are able to submit for one or more separable portions. GAWB may at its sole discretion elect to award one or more separable portions to one or more respondents.
Further information on each parcel of land is listed in Schedule 5 of this Request for Tender.
The agistment over each parcel of land will be established for a period of two (2) years.
Respondents are to complete and sign Schedule 6 – Tender Response Form and lodge the document electronically on the QTenders website for this tender.
