Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Development Victoria intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage a experienced civil contractor for 5 lot subdivision at Ballarat West Employment Zone (BWEZ).

The RFP will be released via a selective tender process. The tender is anticipated to be available to invited bidders by end of January 2022.
