Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
All government websites have a requirement under the Commonwealth Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) Standards to have appropriate security measures in place.
Drupal 7, the platform the AER website is built upon, is due to reach end of life in November 2022 – meaning it will be unsupported and vulnerable to cyber security risks.
In order to migrate to a supported platform the AER website will need to be rebuilt, regardless of whether its rebuilt in its current design or in a new design.
The AER website does not currently meet accessibility standards, another requirement under the DTA Standards.

The AER website is a primary tool for facilitating these objectives.
This work will help facilitate successful delivery of these objectives through the redevelopment of the AER website (www.aer.gov.au), which was last developed in 2011.
