The indicative project scope involves the development, design and construction of:
- Completion of the Manuwarra Red Dog Highway:
- Approximately 108km of sealed two lane highway to complete the Karratha to Tom Price link; and
- Crossings of water courses and mining rail.
- Cultural recognition and inclusion;
- Tourist facilities; and
- Consideration of mining industry, local and tourist traffic interactions.
