USQ Toowoomba - McGregor College Refurbishment - (Buildings B, C, D)

⁠⁠⁠The University of Southern Queensland is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of McGregor College (buildings B, C & D) at it's Toowoomba Campus.

The scope of work involves the refurbishment of student accommodation to bring the College up to a modern standard, including providing new kitchen facilities to allow for self-catering.

Anticipated timeframes

Anticipated contract award: March 2022

Anticipated completion date: May 2022

Site Visit

A guided site visit has been scheduled for 20 December 2021 at 8:30am.

Please assemble in the carpark at the front of McGregor College 

Tenderers will be required to check-in via QR code using the Check-in Qld app.

Requests for Information

The Online Discussion forum has been activated for this tender. Please ensure you submit any questions through this portal. RFI questions and answers will be visible to all tenderers (deidentified).

Due to this tender being released over the Christmas/New Year period and the limited availability of staff, Requests for Information will not be actioned between 17 December 2021 - 10 January 2021. More specifically:

• Requests for Information submitted prior to 12:00pm 17 December 2021 will be published on the portal, but may not receive a response until after 10 January 2021.
• Requests for Information submitted after 12:00pm 17 December 2021 will not be published until 4 January 2021, and will not receive a response until after 10 January 2021.
• Requests for Information submitted after close of business 21 January 2021 are not guaranteed to receive a response. This is to ensure that sufficient time is given for answers to be formulated and distributed to tenderers for consideration.
