This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DESE seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Seller who has capability to design and provide development services to enhance the current National Training Register (NTR) System in the context of systemic reform to embed strong industry leadership and ensure the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system can respond rapidly to changes in Australia’s economy and build a resilient workforce that delivers on industry’s needs.
The NTR System enhancement project will realise a future state for the NTR System that will deliver enhanced technology, infrastructure and system improvements capable of supporting the VET sector and industry engagement reform activities.
The System will support:
(a) New Training Product development arrangements, to be driven by Industry Clusters who will be new to the system and key users of the system.
(b) a centralised platform for national Training Product development, facilitating involvement and increasing transparency in the Training Product development process and reflecting proposed and future changes to the Training Package Organising Framework.
(c) New arrangements for Training Product endorsement policies and processes.
(d) Expansion of the current data set, through the collection and publication of data at both the Training Product and RTO levels.
