The scope of this Expression of Interest is for the Offshore Installation Contract, which may be executed in a single or split into two individual campaigns. The Installation Contractor's scope includes:

- Project Management & Engineering (including HSE, Quality, Verification)

Campaign 1:

- Detailed design, fabrication and installation support of riser and umbilical J-tubes at the Yolla Platform
- Detailed design, fabrication and installation of riser and umbilical J-tube clamps at the Yolla Platform
- Pre-Installation surveys and route preparation (i.e. cable crossing and foundation installation, platform preparation)
- Interface with Brownfields/Yolla Platform - Diving/ROV
and/or

Campaign 2:

- Detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning of the 12 rigid pipeline.
- Detailed design, fabrication (including CPI hardware), installation and pre-commissioning structures (PLEM/PLET)
- Transportation (TBC), installation and tie-in of the umbilicals, risers, jumpers, etc
- Riser and umbilical pull-in at the Yolla Platform
- As-built survey.

Beach intends to engage competent and experienced Installation Contractors with suitably equipped Dive/Construction/Pipe Lay Vessels. The vessels shall be compliant to work in offshore Commonwealth waters and have a valid NOPSEMA safety case to cover offshore installation and diving (if applicable) activities.

The Installation Contractor will be responsible for all installation engineering, design and manufacture of permanent equipment, temporary works and installation aids and provision of all vessels and spread regulatory safety cases. Independent validation of all design, fabrication and installation activities will be performed in accordance with Australian Regulatory requirements by Company using a reputable international validation entity.
