PSA for Supply & Delivery of Ready Mix Concrete & Associated Products

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) is to form a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of ready mix concrete and associated products.

The contract will be broken into two portions:

Portion A - Supply and delivery of concrete (including coloured concrete and accelerants etc)

Portion B - Supply and delivery of associated products (i.e reinforcing products and accessories, key joints, etc)

Contractors may submit for either just Portion A, just Portion B or both portions.

This arrangement will be valid for 2 years with 3 options for 1 year extensions to be exercised at Councils sole discretion and by mutual agreement by all parties in writing.
