Requirement / Scope of Works
OZ Minerals is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply, manufacture, delivery, commissioning, and acceptance testing for one (1) off complete Scalping Screen Feeder Assembly to be installed at the OZ Minerals West Musgrave Project located in Western Australia. One (1) only 18Mtpa Heavy Duty Secondary Crusher Scalping Screen comprising:
• Exciter mechanism;
• Feeder mounting arrangements including all suspension wires or chains, turn buckles, steel springs, baseplates, counter balance frames and rubber isolation mounts;
• Electric drive motor;
• Side and floor plates fitted with wear resistant liners to suit the duty;
• Design and supply of guards in accordance with AS4024 to enable safe operation of the screen mechanism and drives;
• Feeder dust cover arrangement to mitigate dust emissions during operation;
• All necessary instrumentation, interlocking and control devices to allow safe and reliable operation of the apron feeder and prevent damage should any mechanical or electrical failure occur;
• Conditioning Monitoring System for integration into the Clients control system
