Tenders are invited for a Principal Design Consultant for the Toorak Park Redevelopment project.
Council proposes to redevelop the fields of play and pavilion at Toorak Park, located 603 Orrong Rd, Armadale VIC 3143, in accordance with the Tender documents for Contract T22039.
Under this Contract, Council seeks to engage a locally based Architect to investigate, plan, design, document and construct a new sports pavilion and oval at Toorak Park. Council expects the Principal Design Consultant to assemble and manage a team consisting of the following key disciplines:
• Landscape Architect
• Structural Engineer
• Civil Engineer
• Services Engineer
o Mechanical
o Electrical
o Hydraulic
o Fire
o ESD
• Sports lighting specialist (may be combined with suitably qualified Electrical Engineer)
• DDA Consultant
• Turf specialist
