Tender Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum quotation to undertake a feasibility study on options to address aging infrastructure of Early Years and Community Facilities for Sale and district, while seeking opportunities to consolidate. The consultant will provide Council with options that meet the service needs and demand of early years (kindergarten and long day care), as well as the needs of identified community groups who do not have a permanent location to meet or operate from facilities that are not fit for purpose. The facilities should accommodate services that complement each other and create flexible use.
