Western Bay Public Transport Services & Infrastructure Business Case
The Western Bay of Plenty Sub-Region is one of the most car-reliant in New Zealand and has less use of public transport (PT) per capita than almost all other comparable cities in Australasia. The population of the sub-region is fast growing, driving the Bay of Plenty region to the highest percentage growth across New Zealand in 2020.
Come along and collaborate on this single stage business case we are developing. We will seek to identify the PT Service Model required to support a growing sub-region and a thriving, sustainable Tauranga. The business case will also confirm the infrastructure required to support the new PT Service Model.
The Client Team would like to take the opportunity to run an early engagement session with interested suppliers to better frame up the procurement process.
We are looking to work with PT planning experts and those with a strong track record of delivering outstanding business cases.
