SCS is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Riverina Quarry Materials Panel. Suppliers who best demonstrate their ability to provide quality services will be placed on the relevant panel and invited to provide the goods on a job-by-job basis through the issue of a purchase order. The proposed panel contracts will achieve effective procurement outcomes for the purchase of regularly acquired products that are critical to SCS’s fee for service projects within the Riverina Area. The panel will also ensure suppliers are not required to constantly provide “quotes” for repeat work, which are almost always priced on a rates basis
