Tender Description
The Aotearoa New Zealand Advanced Training Subcommittee (ATS) in Geriatric Medicine seeks expressions of interest for 2 vacant positions.
The ATS oversees operational and local matters for Aotearoa New Zealand (AoNZ) and reports to the Advanced Training Committee in Geriatric Medicine and AoNZ Adult Medicine Division Education Committee.
The ATS is seeking to appoint:
1 x Geriatric Medicine Fellow with at least 2 years consultant practice experience and eligibility to be a current supervisor
1 x Geriatric Medicine Trainee Representative
Members of the ATS are involved in operational matters referred to in the ATS in Geriatric Medicine Terms of Reference (PDF).
The ATS hold 1 face-to-face meeting a year. The next meeting will be in Wellington on 18 February 2022.
Members are appointed to the ATS for an initial 3-year term with the option to renew a further term.
