Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The outcomes from this procurement will deliver for the AER the following:
1) Data stocktake analysis, data asset register and use cases – The stocktake analysis will be using an agreed template for the data asset stocktake fields, categories and the assessment approach. The data register will specify data assets that are held within the AER, the team/stewards responsible to capture the data, the purpose of capturing the data including specific use cases, the information about the data storage, types of data assets such as structured, semi-structured, unstructured datasets and accessibility of the existing data.
2) A technology solution and architectural blueprint - the seller will deliver the technology blueprint including future technology architecture, data storage capability, data security capability, data ingestion, management, modelling, transformation, extraction and consumption capabilities as well as data analytics and cognitive computing capability.
3) A data and information governance model – the seller will provide a fit for purpose data and information governance model to enable the AER to effectively manage data quality, metadata management, data definitions, business facts, data stewardship and decision making. This model will be aligned with AER’s existing governance framework.
