Little Manly Reserve Seawall

SERVICE REQUIRED:
As part of the 2021/2022 Capital Works Program, Council is undertaking upgrades to Little Manly Reserve and Beach Seawall.
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:
- Excavation and removal of existing length of concrete seawall
- Supply and installation of sandstone bleacher style seating seawall and concrete stairs
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotes considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
Expected commencement of works early March 2022 and completion by 30/06/22.
