City of Newcastle (CN) is currently finalising design documentation and approvals for the Newcastle Art Gallery Expansion Project (the Project). CN is required to remediate the abandoned mine workings underlying the site ahead of construction of the main works. CN is seeking
Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Principal Contractor to undertake the Grouting Works.
Persons willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a response to the Council by the deadline, 2pm on Tuesday 21 December 2021.
A non-mandatory pre- submission meeting will be held on Wednesday 8 December 2021, 11:30am at Newcastle Art Gallery, 1 Laman St Cooks Hill. Respondents must register the intention to attend the pre-submission meeting via the Online Forum
