⁠⁠⁠This is an advanced notice for a main contractor to deliver an office fitout in the Wellington CBD of approximately 10,000 square meters. A tender notice will be released to the market shortly and it is anticipated the start date of the project will be in Q2 2022 - exact timeframe to be confirmed.
