This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Program Manager role is assigned to the Digital Roadmap (DRM) Transformation Management Office (TMO) with a direct reporting line to the Chief Digital Officer.
Responsibilities include:
• Refine the DRM Program of work, WBS and governance framework in alignment with the digital roadmap strategy, demonstrating your experience and capability in leading Digital Transformations.
• Provide professional leadership and management of the DRM Program, ensuring that all project streams deliver their target outputs in line with the DRM Program Schedule.
• Report and monitor the progress and status of the DRM program to ensure agreed targets and KPI’s are met and achieved, and risks are identified and mitigated.
• Provide strategic direction and support to the DRM Program. Remove obstacles within the span of control that could impede the program’s success. Escalation to the Executive Leadership Team as appropriate.
• Lead, manage and support the DRM Program core resources, including Program Support Officer, Project Managers, Enterprise Architect, and Business Analysts.
• Prepare program artefacts in accordance with the DRM program approach, including
Program plans, scope, schedules, resources, budget, activities, health checks & readiness assessment and status reports.
• Together with the Program Support Officer, oversee the program administration, financial management, operations and governance to standards, guidelines, and principles.
• Lead and manage program stream communications and negotiations with key stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership groups, relevant Customers, Government Departments, Vendors, and their associated agencies, fostering effective partnerships between these groups.
• Lead Program Steering Committees, Program RAIDC reviews and Program meetings.
