The Department for Environment and Water (“the Department/Principal”) invites organisations with the appropriate capability, experience, and building licences to submit Tenders for the Managing Contractor for the Glenthorne National Park - Ityamaiitpinna Yarta Main Works Project located in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
The Principal is seeking to procure a Managing Contractor for the construction management delivery of the Main Works which includes the following elements: Class 1 Trails; Access Roads and Parking; Nature Play and Visitor Hub Precinct; and Creekline Restoration works. The Managing Contractor will lead and manage the construction delivery and co-ordinate with the Principal, Lead Principal’s Professional Services Contractor and Cost Manager to deliver the Works.
