Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities intends to establish a series of national Construction Consultancy Service panels to carry out a majority of professional services for Kāinga Ora projects across New Zealand.
This advanced notice is letting you know that we will be releasing various Construction Consultancy Service panels, Request for Proposal’s over the next few months, the first one being Engineer to Contract on, 29th November 2021.

What we need
Currently Kāinga Ora selects our consultancy suppliers off the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services (AoG CCS) panels. Kāinga Ora is running this secondary procurement process to select preferred Engineer to Contract suppliers across all regions of New Zealand,
