Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified catring contractor to provide approximately 1650 plated two course meals for the community meals program in a cafe style setting in four community venues at Wanagaratta, Eldorado, Springhurst and Peechelba.
Tenders will include the following:
Itemised pricing per meal; overview of menu plan; description of proposed food prepartion process, for example, on site/off site cooking, staff resources; equipment and transport resources.
