Hawke’s Bay District Health Board (HBDHB) seeks capable community-connected Māori health providers to lead the co-design and operationalisation of open access clinics that best meet the health needs of Māori in key locations.

The Service needs to be integrated and coordinated for Māori. The Service needs to be delivered in the community and designed and delivered in a manner that addresses inequities in access to primary health care services.

HBDHB wishes a range of health services to be delivered from open access clinics, however, a core suite of services, which includes Community Nutritional Wellbeing, Cervical Cancer Screening, Cardiovascular Risk Assessment Screening, must be included in service design and implementation.

We will be operating separate processes for Wairoa, Tamatea, Heretaunga and Ahuriri.
