Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is a statutory body whose role is to oversee all harness racing activity in Victoria.

Harness Racing Victoria is looking to appoint a supplier for a fixed term of 3 years of supply and installation of Mobile Harness Starting Barriers in accordance with the scope of work provided. The supply is for an initial two units, with anticipated requirement for 1 per year following that.
