Swan Hill Aerodrome Electrical Lighting Upgrade Works

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking a competent contractor to deliver the following upgrades to the Swan Hill Aerodrome electrical infrastructure:

• Installation of a new runway, taxiway and apron lighting systems, including design work where required and with all associated inspection / testing works. Installation & performance of all new / modified systems must be compliant with applicable requirements for a “Certified Aerodrome”;
• Subsequent decommissioning of the existing (obsolete) lighting system and removal of its components;
• Replacement / upgrade of the existing Aerodrome main switchboard with all associated decommissioning, enabling, installation and testing works for all affected / modified circuits;
• Supply and installation of the new fit-for-purpose electrical cabinet / panel on the Eastern brick wall of the Terminal building, and relocation of the lighting control components into this new cabinet;
• Installation of a new 3-phase supply from the Aerodrome main switchboard to the new electrical cabinet (located at the Eastern wall of the Terminal building), as per the Specification requirements to accommodate all existing, new and near-future circuits;
• Production of the relevant handover documentation, including O&M Manuals, Drawings and Commissioning checks / testing records, issued to SHRCC upon completion.
