This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Navy Training Force Plan 26 (TFP26) will guide the transformation of Navy’s training system to realise the RAN Concept of Training and ensure TF can support Navy’s mission. With the TFP26 PMO now set up and effectively building Program Governance and detailing required activities to achieve objectives, DG NTT has identified the requirement for additional Transformational Change Management Support to be part of the PMO. This support is required on an ongoing basis as the impacted areas of Navy's workforce are mobilised to work towards the objectives of TFP26 and to navigate the expected change to the business.
