Walgett Shire Council (Council) is seeking Tender Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to complete the refurbishment of the Rowena Community Hall to the required safe and functional standard.

A non-mandatory (but highly recommended) tender briefing session will be conducted on-line via Zoom on 2 December 2021 at 10am AEDT. (A zoom link is provided within the tender documents).
The purpose of the briefing session is to advise all potential Tenderers of the background of the project and the tender process to ensure everyone has anunderstanding of the requirements to submit a conforming tender.
NO on-site meeting will be conducted in person, however it is recommended that tenderers make their own investigations.
Tenders may be submitted by the closing date and time, 14 December 2021 at 2pm AEDT to the online tender box in the tender portal.
