Consultancy services are requested by Manningham Council on behalf of Manningham and Whitehorse City Councils.
Manningham Council (as project lead) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy company to undertake analysis and modelling to map out the financial and governance implications for provision of future library services across the two municipalities, as set out in the recommendations of the Library Review and Strategy.
The work will provide sufficient detail to allow the Library Board and each Council to make an informed decision about the implications of the recommendations in the Library Review and Strategy.
The successful consultant will be required to appoint and lead all relevant sub consultants, where required. This may include but not be limited to:
- Governance/ legal advice
- Library operations specialists
- Industrial Relations advice
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
